She works with teens and adults to work through challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Elisha focuses on solutions that make life feel lighter and more manageable. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with support and practical tools to help you move forward. Elisha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and PsyD Candidate who earned her Master’s Degree from LIU Post and is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Based in Manhattan, Elisha understands the pressure of fast-paced living and sees therapy as a much-needed space to pause, reflect, and reset.
